May Dr Sketchy

I felt slow this month, but still like the partial finished bits of what I did. The model had some "well turned calves", and shared stories about life as a Phone Sex Worker while posing for us.

April's Dr Sketchy's

I had fun at Dr Sketchy's again last month, and am looking forward to this month's. I think I did a good job capturing body curves (which can sometimes be difficult due to angle and/or lighting). One of the models did some contortions for the one minute sketches that would have made for really interesting longer poses, but she probably couldn't have held them that long comfortably.

Josh and I had a combined birthday party this year, and I made us both ice cream cakes.

Lacing

Here's a "sketch" in the clothing sense. I've got a few dresses lined up to do as tests for later dresses (specifically now I'm coming up with plans and ideas for my wedding dress). Just to see if something works. But I figured I may as well do them out of fabric I like and have myself some summer dresses if they work. Here's my test of a purely decorative lace-up backing.

March's Dr Sketchy

I have a handful of posts lined up now after a lengthy absence. I want to try my best at getting back to posting weekly, but we'll see.

Last month's Dr Sketchy was fun, especially after having missed two months due to conflicting plans.
